The licensed asset can be used in non-commercial project
- End Products Not For Sale
- One personal social media account with non-commercial activities
Commercial
The licensed asset then can be used in products for sale
- Up to 50,000 physical or digital end products for sale
- In one book, newspaper or other printed project with unlimited circulation
- Business social media account owned and managed by the licensee
- Advertisements for local, national, and global markets
Intellectual Property
The Shop Owner retains ownership of the Licensed Asset, but grants to Licensee the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferrable, and non-sublicensable copyright to use the Licensed Asset.
All other rights are reserved by the Shop Owner.
This Licensee Agreement does not grant Licensee any rights to trademark or any other intellectual property rights (aside from the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferrable, and non-sublicensable copyright) in the Licensed Asset.
